Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Welcome to Florida Private Providers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, including any forms you submit through it. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our Services
Florida Private Providers offers private provider plan reviews, building inspections, and related services as authorized under Florida Statute 553.791. All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with the Florida Building Code.
The terms of any engagement, including scope, schedule, fees, and responsibilities, are set out in a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
Website Submissions Don’t Create an Engagement
Submitting a contact form, plan submission, or offer request does not create a contract or a client relationship, and it does not obligate us to provide services. Any quote or estimate we send is non-binding until both parties sign a service agreement.
Plans and Files You Upload
When you upload plans, drawings, or other documents, you confirm that:
- You own them or have permission from the owner, designer, or engineer of record to share them with us
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- The files don’t contain malware or anything unlawful
You keep all rights to your files. You give us permission to store, copy, and review them and to share them with the relevant building department, but only as needed to respond to your request and provide our services. Our handling of your files is described in our Privacy Policy.
Job Applications
Applying for a position through our Careers page does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer. You confirm that the information in your application and résumé is true and complete. Florida Private Providers is an equal opportunity employer.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete building plans and project information
- Obtaining all required building permits from the local authority having jurisdiction
- Ensuring the construction site is safe and accessible for scheduled inspections
- Timely payment for services rendered
Acceptable Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Send spam, automated submissions, or submissions in someone else’s name
- Upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server, or other users’ information
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security features
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
We may block submissions or access that we believe violate these Terms.
