Our roots began in the construction industry as both an architect and general contractor, where we faced the daily realities of delivering projects from concept to completion. Time and again, we found that the single greatest frustration was not design or construction itself but navigating the building department process. Plan reviews were slow, inspections were unpredictable, and the approval process often became the most difficult hurdle in construction.
After years of dealing with these challenges, Florida enacted a statute in 2003 that allows licensed Architects & Engineers to perform plan reviews and inspections as a Private Provider. In 2014, with our architecture license and depth of experience in construction, we saw the opportunity to turn our frustration into a solution. We seamlessly transitioned into this role — helping contractors, owners, and developers by providing a faster, clearer, and more reliable alternative to the traditional plan review and inspection process.
Today, by leveraging our technical expertise, industry experience, and commitment to service, we ensure projects keep moving forward on time and are built to the current Florida Building Code.
